Men's group - typically we have 12-15 of us who are able to meet each week. Men from late 30s - mid-60s. Some guys are married, while some are single now. All of us have kids, but some have young kids (or kids on the way), some have teenagers, some have kids in college, and some have grown kids with kids of their own. We are guys from many different types of jobs including: doctors, pilots, school board members, IT or business professionals, entrepreneurs, independent contractors, and some are recently retired.

We spend our time in fellowship and diving into books/chapters of the Bible. We keep the "main thing" the "main thing" - our group's theme Bible verse is James 1:22 - it has even become the name of our group "DWIS". James 1:22 says "Do not merely listen to the word, and so deceive yourselves, Do what it says." That's it DWIS! Fundamentally, we come back to the fact that Jesus tells us the most important commands are 1. Love God 2. Love Others.
