"Help with what?" you might ask!
Well there are multiple ways we help with things such as:
- Various service projects with the church. These projects might involve minor construction projects, repairs, outdoor grounds cleanup, car repairs, moving furniture, etc. around the church or for folks in our church community who might be in need of help. (Pat Smith and Gary Riffle often head up or coordinate these projects.)
- Various helping projects for people in or connected with our church family. These projects might involve helping someone in need because of illness, moving, injury or other needs. This could involve help with temporary home cleaning, moving light items, providing trips to local appointments including Dr, hair appointmen, chemo, errands like a grocery trip, pick up a prescription. It could also be sharing a visit to pray, take communion, check on shut ins, visit folks in the hospital, check in after a death, give an occasional ride to church, or take a meal.
When you sign-up to be part of the group, we will send you a follow-up email. Please click the link provided in the email to let us know what types of projects you like to work on. Our leaders, Pat Smith, Gary Riffle, or Lisa Hanson will then reach to folks in the group as projects and needs come about.
